Book Purchase
The Crypto Solution book costs $6.25 in XLM, payable via MyCryptoCheckout. Purchases are non-refundable except under our 100% money-back guarantee (see Returns). No reselling or distribution of the book is allowed.

Affiliate Program
Joining our affiliate program lets you earn commissions by sharing your unique link. Commissions are paid weekly in XLM, subject to our terms. You must not spam or misrepresent the program. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on your efforts.

Prohibited Conduct
Don’t misuse our site: no hacking, no illegal activities, no sharing copyrighted content (e.g., our book). We can terminate your access for violations.

Returns and Refunds
Our 100% money-back guarantee applies if you request a refund and have not received any payouts exceeding $6.25. The first payment of $6.25 is considered a baseline for our refund.  This refund is subject to your verified purchase, provided you haven’t shared or resold the book. Refunds issued in XLM to your wallet on file.

Intellectual Property
All content on thecryptosolution.com (text, images, book) is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or sell it without permission.

Limitation of Liability
We’re not liable for losses from using our site or book (e.g., crypto price drops). Crypto investments carry risks; consult a financial advisor. Our liability is limited to $6.25 per purchaser.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be resolved in Orange County, FL courts.

Amendments
We may update these terms anytime. Check thecryptosolution.com/terms for changes. Continued use means you accept updates.
